Marriage For Keeps

Marriage for Keeps, a free educational program for married couples, begins Tuesday Oct 7, 2008 at 6 p.m. at Garden City Community College.  Classes meet every Tuesday for 13 weeks.  While attending, couples will receive a total of $50 in gift cards.  The evening meal will be provided at no charge.  There will also be drawings for gifts.  This is a non-faith based program.“Studies show a healthy marriage is the strongest foundation for a happy family.” Rhonda Goodloe, LMSW, Regional Coordinator, Marriage for Keeps.   Marriage for Keeps is an educational program that is free to married couples.  This is not counseling or therapy.  Marriage for Keeps provides free classes that teach couples skills and tools to strengthen the marriage.  This program is for all types of marriages - stable, healthy marriages as well as marriages that are experiencing distress, all can benefit.  Couples can sign up for the program if they are 18 years or older and are married.  Both spouses must be willing to come to the classes.Space is limited.  For more information or to sign up for the class call  Marriage for Keeps/Catholic Social Service at   620-272-0010    708 N.
