Susan Hendershot has served as the Family Services Coordinator for Catholic Social Service since 1998. As the Family Services Coordinator, she assists all families that express interest in the adoption process by providing assistance with paperwork, questions, and general support. As a mother of 8 and grandmother of 3, Susan first became involved with CSS with the adoption of her first sibling group of two, and then adopted a second sibling group of four, providing her with firsthand knowledge of the adoption process and how it works. As a lifelong resident of the Garden City area and graduate of Garden City Community College, Susan worked with developmentally disabled adults for 11 years before coming to CSS. Susan and her husband also own and operate a family DJ business.
