Sandy Gros, LBSW, currently serves as a Social Worker in the Great Bend office of Catholic Social Service. She provides education and support services to families around the Southwest Kansas area interested in adoption, completes adoptive homestudies, and also provides case management for our special needs foster care families. She is also a qualified counselor for the Kansas Benefit Bank in CSS’s Great Bend location. Sandy is a 1991 graduate of Kansas State University, receiving her Bachelor of Science in Social Work degree and becoming licensed in the State of Kansas that same year. Prior to coming to CSS in 2007, she was employed as a Social Worker for the Kansas State Department of Social and Rehabilitation Services in Barton County and Pawnee County. Sandy and her husband, Brady, have been married for 14 years, and have a blended family of five children, ranging in age from 13 to 21.
