Pattie McGurk, LBSW, is a Social Worker for CSS’s Great Bend location. She is the Project Coordinator/Lead Trainer for the Infant Adoption Awareness Training Program, for which she travels throughout the State of Kansas, educating health care professionals on adoption options for patients. She is also a qualified counselor for the Kansas Benefit Bank, as well as the coordinator for the agency’s Search and Reunion services. Pattie received her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Wichita State University, and has 25 years experience in social service and related fields, including 10 years with Catholic Social Service and 8 years with Kansas State Department of Social and Rehabilitation Services. Pattie and her husband of 27 years live in Great Bend and have two sons, now adults living outside the home.
